Why blogging this? For the wealthy globo-neo-nomad-wallpaper-style with apartments in NYC, Paris, Séoul, etc. that remain empty while s/he is traveling the world, this may induce some real real-estate savings… Not bad at times when finally we are revisiting DEN-CITY (a pun on the word density).
